I've been to the urgent care and absolutely loved the doctor that I saw. I just started seeing the endocrinologist, and so far she's GREAT!! No detail left behind, love her stories and her openness. Finding a doctor i can trust is #1 on my list.
If I could give it zero, I would. Kay Hayes has repeatedly given me incorrect information, and misdiagnosed me and my kids multiple times. Every single time I've had to go to this urgent care, I've ended up at the kids dr with a completely different diagnosis 3 days later. Also expect a 4 hour wait in the lobby, and another hour in the room before they see you. Then they will test and say "be back in 15 minutes" and come back 45 minutes later. The wait was long for our guests, but the care was wonderful.
