Horrible experience. This office does not follow the doctor’s oath, nor does this practice understand the meaning or value of true informed consent. This is a biased, and narrow minded practice that does not offer acceptance or freedom of choice to parents when it comes to their children’s care. Hit or miss here. The communication is awful in this office! You can never talk to anyone when you call you always have to leave a message with one of the nurses. I waited for over a week for a return phone call. Medication‘s are constantly messed up by either sending to the wrong pharmacy, wrong amount or wrong name. Then when you call back in to straighten it out, it’s still not taken care of in a timely matter. Also some of the office staff is very grouchy!
