Wasted an hour of time ran a bunch of tests just to send us to chattanooga. I wouldn't go here in an emergency.
If you have children do not take them here. We were in the ER here not long ago and the wait time was over 2 hours just to get an x-ray. My child was examined in the waiting room by a very unprofessional doctor. Through out the visit it became very apparent that she should not work in pediatrics after the way she spoke to my child. Don't waste your time here unless you want your child treated disrespectfully right in front of you.
Don't waste your time coming here. Back in December at night I took my 9 month old here because it seemed like she was sick, the doctor the looked at me and said, "She's fine all she has is a stuffy nose and her lungs sound good" and that I just needed to buy a humidifier 🙄. The next day I took my daughter to her primary care doctor and which she proceeds to tell me that she has bronchitis and an ear infection.
I’m in town for 2 weeks vacation and ended up with a nasty infection from a dog bite. Hated to go to ER but knew it was a must. Everyone was wonderful! Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Bowers and all the nursing staff! Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation, comfortable! God Bless all of you!
A big shout out to Bledsoe ER; specifically Dr. Trope and nurse Jerod!! We had to visit their ER early this morning. Not only did we receive the best care possible, but everyone was extremely kind, polite, patient, very professional and caring. Oh, they were quick as well. A 1000 times better care than we received last month at a different ER.
