I purchased crossbars for a BMW X3. I unboxed it and they looked like they'd work great but then my vehicle situation changed and no longer needed the crossbars. After a few emails, there was no response from support on a return. I finally heard from them and they sent a return label, comms were fine after that, refund was confirmed and just waiting for the refund to hit the credit card.
