We had a problem fitting the racks to my car so lucky for me the company was located about an hour and a half from my home. So I went there and it took three sets of racks till the gentleman found the one that fits. When they found it they installed it on my car . The men was working on this project for over an hour so I and them were satisfied. I recommend this company highly and they will help you out till you are satisfied. I recently installed the Erkul cross bars on my 2019 Toyota RAV4, and I’m very happy with the quality. The bars feel sturdy, fit perfectly on my flush roof rails, and look great on the vehicle. They were a solid foundation for installing my roof basket. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with an auto parts company. The video online is so comprehensive I had no questions about installation and Erkul has the BEST customer service EVER. I had a product question and change needed.
