I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with an auto parts company. The video online is so comprehensive I had no questions about installation and Erkul has the BEST customer service EVER. I had a product question and change needed. Not only did Paul answer my questions and explain the difference in the products but he also helped me make the necessary changes so quickly it was done before I could thank him. Bought the Aeroglide for my SUV and it's a great product at a good price. Very easy to use and install and is solid and sturdy. Had some issues with the size/fit and received fantastic customer service. Great communication from the company to ensure I was satisfied and had everything I needed.
Hello Erkul products are super high quality: very well engineered and built. Top end! Their customer service is wonderful: my mechanic installed the cross brackets for my Audi and misplaced the keys which secure the brackets! What a giant drag! I called Erkul and they FedEx replacement keys with their compliments and at their cost. This is the way business should be done...Sadly few companies would be so compassionate.
