So happy I made the call to Erkens! I’ve had issues with my softener since I moved it, and had finally had enough! Called on a Thursday and they had someone (Nick) to the house same day! By Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend) I had a new water softener!! Great service, and knowledgeable personnel!
We invested in an RO drinking water system, and water softner, in our lake home one year ago. Great decision! We have fresh, clean, great tasting water on tap. And I can't say enough about the friendly customer service experience from Mark. He mentioned that he has worked for Erkens of Cold Spring for 18 years. Overall, super pleased! Thanks Mark!
