We recently called Erkens for our terrible Waite Park Water. We had hard water spots/calcium buildup on everything. Nick came out tested our water and let us know it was soft water. Looked at the settings on the softener and noticed they were set too low. He could have told us our softener was bad (it is 20 years+ old), but stated it was still working properly and had plenty of resin in the tank.
