In two visits, Dr. McNulty spent a total of 45 seconds with me explained basically nothing and told me if physical therapy doesn’t help my pinched nerve he will schedule me for surgery. I asked if he could give me a shot and he stated that doesn’t always work, but I could try it if I want to go somewhere else to get the shot. I think I am being overgenerous with a one star

One of the doctors here bring their not service dog, off leash not trained, and not even hypoallergenic dog to work and let's it loose in the building. The doctor is extremely condescending and would NOT listen when I said he should put at leash on it.
i’ve been coming to eriver since i was a teenager, and i love it here! dr matthews is truly amazing, and dr castaneda is an amazing pediatric neurologist! my diagnosis was so incredibly easy to get from them, and they’ve helped me navigate every step of the way.
Dr Koszer seems to be excellent. BUT the office staff is condescending, rude, and incompetent. They are a thorough road block to reaching the provider. My wife’s test results have been available since Monday, and yet no call from the doctor for treatment. She has left 4 messages on their voicemail and still hasn’t received any response from the office. This is delay of treatment. We would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. .
