Erica is a very sweet person and going into the appointment I felt very welcomed. My hair looked perfect after my appointment, it was so soft, and felt healthy. She did it exactly how I wanted it and I will definitely be going back for a retouch!
I don’t trust anyone else to make me look the best. Lashes are always beautiful, and last me almost 3 weeks at a time. My hair always feels soft and healthy after a wash, and the color always turns out amazing. Will never go anywhere else.
So I booked an appointment Monday. I paid 174$ tor hybrids. I did not get hybrids. The lashes started falling out as soon as I left the salon so bad I needed to come in and have them redone. That was a day or so after my initial appointment. I come out after having them redone to the lashes already coming out. I was told this is “normal”. By Friday over 10 lashes had fallen out and they were uneven. I kept makeup off them, slept in a lash night mask to they wouldn’t be damaged.
