Our home was flooded in July. We listened to both our broker and adjuster. Biggest regret of my life. Our home was destroyed by Service master - their preferred vendor. I wish I never used this company. Do not trust their staff, don't follow their processes and do NOT HIRE ANYONE THEY RECOMMEND. Had some issues with out insurance at the start. Rebecca went over and above to find the issue and fix it. We were going to switch but after all her help we stayed. Been with them for years.
