Very welcoming staff and Andrea the dental hygienist is superb, soft spoken, friendly and very professional and patient. clinic is clean and well maintained. Thanks Dr. PATEL AND ALL STAFF.
I am absolutely blessed to have met Doctor Dale Lai! She is helping me with all my cavity fillings and teeth extractions. She is very sympathetic and thorough in her work. I have severe anxiety which means I'm not fun or easy to have as a patient. She always makes me feel comfortable. She really listens and wants to help! She really is the best!!! I highly recommend that you give her a call. PS - All the dental assistants are really helpful and kind too!!! Oh , the front staff is great too!!! :)
Dr. Lai is one of the kindest dentists I’ve ever met. The entire team at Erinwood Dental is wonderful and always makes visits a great experience. I’m so glad I found this clinic. Highly recommend
This was my second visit at Erinwood Dental and I found it even better than the previous. Dr and her assistant in the clinic were compassionate, professional and caring in explaining and treating my teeth. I am pleased that I chose this clinic over others.
Since it was my first visit to a dental clinic in Canada, I would say the experience was very good. My first visit was with Dr. Lai, she explained the whole procedure and x-rays. Also a big thank you and note of appreciation for my hygienist Devi Thumbasamy as she did a pretty good job with my cleaning, it was very gentle, at a normal pace (not too fast) and painless especially given my earlier dental experiences.
