When buying firewood, do you expect dry wood? Purchased a bulk bag. Paid for it and went back outside to be loaded into back of Ute. When young girl picked it up with the skid steer. I would have to say 3-4L of water poured out of the bottom of the bag. I questioned it. Was told the will be some dry wood down towards the bottom of the bag. That defeats the purpose of buying firewood. If I wanted wet wood to burn I would have tried to burn the 4 trailer loads of split wet wood I have already.
Did work that wasn't requested and unrelated to the fault that I'd brought my mower to them to fix. Fuel and air system work to fix a lack of spark. Told me it wasn't working because of my lack of maintenance. It's a 5 month old ($1300) mower (bought from them) that I'd followed the required maintenance in the manual. Tried to charge me for a new spark plug, to replace the one that was an hour old when I brought the mower in. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. The quality of wood they provide is excellent, long burning and cut to fit my small heater. Plus their service is friendly and impeccably professional, going out of their way to help, even though I live a fair way away. Worth every cent to get the best.
April, Shannon and their team were super helpful and accomodating. Great to deal with, great delivery, proper logs and quality heat coefficient. I will get their services again!
