No amount of gratitude could show Erin how appreciative I am of her work. Had it not been for Erin's Law, I firmly believe my 3 daughters would have endured many more than 6 years of abuse from their biological father. Because of Erin's Law, my daughter's biological father is behind bars serving an 80-year, without possibility of parole, sentence.
I do believe the mandate IS for K through 8th, and scaled to be appropriate for age level. Should not 1 star a law without knowing who it targets based on your comment. This is a response to first review @PaolaZ
I don't think they should teach this anymore in a high school since they are old enough to know what is wrong and right. I understand if you teach it to kids in elementary school since they don't know any better. So please change the law to just showing it to kids in elementary school and some grades in middle school.
