Editing this to reflect Erin's comment below: On an initial note I did message Erin about my concerns after being dissatisfied and, as was the theme for our communications, I never received a response. During my talks with Erin if I did receive a response she would ask the same question each time, despite it being answered in my last message. It got to a point where I just started copying and pasting my last message. She then went on vacation and I did not get a response for over ten days. Setting up auto reply is not hard. ... read more
I would not recommend considering Erin's for catering your event. They were unresponsive, could not appropriately read my messages, drew out the process, and were not transparent at all about their pricing.
Folks, if you work downtown, and you haven't visited here, you're doing yourself a real disservice. This is hands down the BEST place to eat in downtown. I've gone here for years and never had bad food or service. Food is awesome, the staff is awesome. This is always my goto place when I have to come into the office. I'll travel from the North Shore just to get breakfast or lunch here. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Erin was wonderful! She did an amazing job catering my daughter's bridal shower. Great communication. Food was fantastic! We were very pleased with EVERYTHING!
