I had an excellent experience at Erindale Smile Dentistry with Dr. Reham Ragheb. She is incredibly professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout my visit. I’ve been going to this dental office for many years, and it has always been a great experience. Dr. Reham Ragheb is amazing at what she does. She is extremely skilled, professional, and thorough, and she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel completely at ease. Sylvia and Mariola at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, and the whole team is genuinely caring. This has been a practice my family has trusted for years, and I highly recommend them.
The staff are fantastic! We always walk into a warm welcome and they consistently do their best to patiently work with our needs. My sister revommended them after she got her new dentures, so I took my dad to get his as well. They always reassure us that we can come in for adjustments if anything's not perfect. It's really a breath of fresh air to walk in, as they are always understanding and kind, which says a lot in today's world!
Dr. Ragheb did my filling today and she was very professional, explained the process thoroughly, and overall did a great job with minimal discomfort. The rest of the staff at the clinic are also very welcoming and supportive with the entire process. This is a great clinic!
Mariola and Sylvia have been helping us out a the front desk for years and make my family and i’s visit everytime very quick, simple and efficient. They always call and check up, the nurses and Dr Reeham do a phenomenal job with our cleanings, cavities and any personal dental accommodations such as braces guiding.. etc. highly recommend best dental office in GTA.
