A shining example of what patient care should be like. I was outbound called by my GP Dr Manning to check on my progress through a medical treatment plan for a serious illness I’ve been dealing with, how I am coping, reviewing meds and frequency, and whether I have questions at this stage. Reception staff were excellent — friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was very poor. The consultation felt rushed, and I was advised to simply wait for the condition to resolve on its own. Months later, another doctor at a different clinic prescribed standard medication, which cleared the issue within a week. This raised serious concerns for me about the quality of care and the duty of care shown during my visit.
Great service, easy to book. Well priced. My appointment went even earlier than scheduled. Friendly staff.
These guys have looked after me for years and there's been some patches I kept them busy. Christine at reception is always a gem
A very welcoming atmosphere with polite and professional staff. The environment is family-friendly, with some activities available to keep children engaged while waiting. Overall, a great GP practice that provides a positive experience for patients of all ages.
