I've tried to give these guys a second, third and forth chance, but its too frustrating now. I take no pleasure in writing a poor review, but when its your health, one needs to be warned. Reception staff always a delight, and Dr Aloo is decent enough, but my family's experience or Dr Ruby Kamari has fell well short of good standard practice. Very professional practice. Dr Ruby provides thorough diagnosis and treatment, and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I have been a patient at Erindale Medical & Health for 5 years or so and even though we moved out of the area, I still return there for medical issues.
Highly recommended. Great staff 10/10, always welcoming and a delight to visit on what may be a gloomy day health wise.
As a mother of 2 under 5, having an accessible GP is essential. We have been so grateful to Erindale Medical and Health for taking care of both of our boys (and us) when needed. Reception staff are warm and truly take an interest in our wellbeing. I left my appointment shocked and in tears after my consult with Dr Kumari. After reading many similar google review comments (currently there's 12x with vastly similar experiences), it appears I am not alone experiencing this behavior. The documented reviews have spanned over years and I am questioning what steps have been actioned towards addressing the ongoing behavior.
