I left my appointment shocked and in tears after my consult with Dr Kumari. After reading many similar google review comments (currently there's 12x with vastly similar experiences), it appears I am not alone experiencing this behavior. The documented reviews have spanned over years and I am questioning what steps have been actioned towards addressing the ongoing behavior. This was my first visit to this clinic, and I was very impressed with the quality of care. The clinic is one of the few bulk-billing medical centres, which is greatly appreciated. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process. Dr Chris was excellent – professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I would defiantly not recommend Dr Ruby Kumari. She is dismissive, talks over you and is extremely rude. I left very upset and shocked, this is not how a patient should be treated by a doctor. I have had good experiences with Dr Chris Manning.
