Dr. Tatla is amazing. She's caring, kind, personable, and patient. I'm so glad I was recommended towards her as a family doctor. In a time when people can not find a family doctor, I'm so happy and grateful to be in the care of a wonderful doctor who takes my concerns seriously. Grace is kind, attentive, and quick to help when you need an appt.
Dr. Tatla took care of me through both my pregnancies, deliveries, and has been our family doctor for the past five years. We feel so privileged and lucky to be in her care. All of the staff at Erindale Family Clinic is extremely friendly yet professional, including Grace at reception!
I never met dr. Tatla, but speaking to grace on the reception was the worst experience. She just do not know how to talk, it was more like insulting someone to get an appointment two time experience same experience. She has no manners to have a conversation. I had to skip my appointment due to emergency and she started barking and asked me to pay. It's not about paying it's about the attitude she had towards me.
Dr.Tatla is my doctor as well as for my girls. She is simply superb. The way she treats you just makes all your sickness go away. Never I had to wait extra time for my apptms as well.
Best doctor ever, listens, knowledgeable, and really cares for her patients.
