Shannon is an awesome instructor, the puppies love her and she provides great advice and insights into training and general puppy life.

I want to thank Dr Mel and all her amazing staff, especially Shannon for talking such wondering care of Harvey prior to , during and after Boas surgery. I think it was more stressful for me than him leading up to it . I had been told by another vet , 3 years ago that nothing could be done for Harvey , surgically, for his breathing difficulties.
