Very nice, friendly and helpful receptionists and it’s rare to see the whole team are like that! Dr Ka Chun Chung is knowledgeable, patient and on time. I will strongly recommend him to anybody!
went to go see kevin walters yesterday for fever/headache/white patches on tonsils.. he was very rude and dismissive insisting it was the flu and that my tonsils were fine (would not do a throat swab or antibiotics). went straight to a different doctor in erina who gave antibiotics for tonsilitis (which are working). pcr test back all negative for flu covid cold etc so he doesn’t know what he is talking about and lied that my tonsils were fine. useless doctor do not go here.

I had appointment scheduled for 25th Sept @5.15pm for Cyst removal - had it in writing. I followed up on missed call, told my appointment was on 18th Sep (tomorrow) not suitable date, and that this was the date I had booked, not the case. Now have to wait another week, due to the fact my appointment was moved, possibly to reschedule another patient, without calling me.
