I came in for a peekaboo hair color with dark brown on top and blonde underneath. Khali was my colorist and she ended up overprocessing my hair when bleaching and it came out super damaged and rubbery. I was freaked out, but Erin invited me to come the next day so she could fix it. Erin worked WONDERS on my hair. She gave me multiple really good treatments and fixed the coloring.
