Horrible. Was defaulted to this nurse practionor when past MD retired. Without any notice, was removed from practice and all meds were stopped for refills. This caused a life threatenting emergency ending in the ER. When I called back to get answers they had none other than "client relationsip". I have never once had negative words exchanged with anyone in a medical setting or via phone. She tries to dodge anything that isnt run of the mill standard billable procedure. Terrible.
Erin is wonderful. She is an excellent nurse, observant and keeps on top of situations. I’m extremely pleased she’s my primary care.
As always I enjoyed my visit. You are personable and always make me feel you are genuinely interested in me as a person not just a patient. You are easy to talk with and seem non judgmental. Sad as I am with Dr Reiner’s situations I am glad he left me in your care. At first I was concerned about who I would see for my primary care however having seen you a coy time now. I no longer have that concern.
Erin Williams is a nurse practitioner in my PCP’s office. She listens carefully and truly cares for her patients. She explains things in terms I can understand. She also responds quickly to messages left in MyChart. I had an excellent appointment with her recently & would not hesitate to see her again.
Erin is always very upbeat and friendly. She listens to the patient and that’s important.
