This veterinary clinic is extremely negligent and irresponsible. They took my sister's money (half a thousand dollars) for her cat's cremation and they screwed it up by 'not checking the right box on the form'. They sent her cat to 'general cremation' by 'mistake' meaning she will never get her cat's ashes back. Dr Footman is the only person we trust with welfare of our dogs.....and has been for over 15 years.
We are a household of many pets. Dr. Footman has cared for them over many years and many of their lifetimes. He has saved many lives and has gently and compassionately guided them towards their eternal dwelling place at the end of their lives. He truly is the vets’ vet.
