I had the unfortunate experience of working with Erin as my real estate agent, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received. Throughout the entire process, it became painfully clear to me that she had absolutely no intention of explaining the true condition of the house I was interested in purchasing. In fact, as I am in the middle of selling this house, after only 1yr of ownership, the buyers have conducted an inspection that only proves Erin is best avoided.
