I had one of the worst medical experiences of my life with Dr. Erin Loe (Shiner). I went in for a follow-up appointment after being hospitalized for a potentially lethal arrhythmia caused by Plaquenil in cardiac patients, and instead of feeling heard or cared for, I was completely dismissed from the start. Dr. Loe told me she was “finding inconsistencies in what I’m interpreting and what is being documented,” which felt incredibly accusatory and rude. Dr Loe herself is a fantastic Dr, but her nurse and her staff are very rude, almost hateful. They treated me with so much disrespect and disregard.
