My son needed his appt with this doctor since July 2024. Our first doctor cancelled our appointment because they no longer took our insurance. We found this doctor and were thrilled. She came with a very long wait for an appt but we decided it would be worth the wait. His appt is tomorrow 4/10/25 at 9am. I just checked my voicemail and at 4:32pm on 4/9/25 there was a woman telling me NOT TO COME IN TOMORROW. ZERO EXPLANATION. Very nice and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and eased any and all worries I had!
The entire office was kind and efficient. Dr. Schotthoefer was very thorough and knowledgeable. She took her time and was patient with all my 9yo’s questions.
