So far so good. She is honest & I felt comfortable with her right away And definitely straight forward. I have a lot of medical issues & I’m hoping she’ll be able to get some of these worked out for me.
Started going here a couple of months ago and have never had an issue with getting an appointment or getting seen. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to go to a room and then Dr. Schmale is seeing me within 10-15 minutes of that! Every issue I have had she has taking diligent care to ensure that we methodically work through each and every issue I have had for years. From the one star reviews I’ve seen, it sounds like people should respect the doctors time as much as she respects ours by showing up on time.
Dr Erin Schmale... Please look for a doctor that does follow up and cares about her patients health... She doesn't have a professional staff I had a bad experience with her staff. Scheduling conflict. I went my appointment @ 9:02 and was unable to be seen for my 9:00 appt. Rescheduled for 2:00, I showed up @ 1:35. I was then told by the office Manager”the provider know longer wants to see or treat you. Oh my goodness…I have test results, blood work I was told to follow up with my Primary. First the nurse that came in first that went over all my medicine was extremely nice but took an hour. I only went there because my Dr retired and I need medicine refilled. so Dr Charles Coffey office sent me there to get my medicine refilled. Instead when Dr Erin Schmale came in she let me know after a few questions , that she was a MEAN ! Doctor and she is absolutely right ! SHE is MEAN !! She wouldn't not even give me my refill that I have been taking since 2002. And had to spend another hour with hr missed a birthday lun... read more
