Very disappointed in her care. She has lied right to my face, is very judgmental and rude. Do not recommend. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Very disappointed with my televisit with Erin Prescott. She was so busy typing into her computer, I don't think she looked at me once. I felt dismissed and insignificant. She prescribed me a medication, but I was not aware that she had done so. I found out by getting a notification from CVS. I had to Google the medication and what it treated.

The experience I had with Erin Prescott was extremely disappointing. I sought a visit post Covid and Erin Prescott was the first available appointment. She was so fixated on typing notes that she seldom made eye contact with me, kept throwing medical terms at me which I did not understand and wouldn’t even allow me to finish explaining the symptoms I was experiencing before she would cut me off with more medical lingo. My experience was fantastic. The care I received from Erin Prescott was profoundly thorough and thoughtful. She took her time, addressed all of my concerns, and left me feeling supported and cared for. I would strongly recommend her to any family member or friend.
