Would give zero stars if possible. Not only did an appointment get canceled on the day of when we don’t live close, looking at my child’s chart two years ago when she was brought in for concerns about repeated ear infections and possibly hearing troubles we were basically brushed off. Fast forward to the other day my child has mild hearing loss in both ears and has had over 10 ear infections since we’re were last seen by Roper the only good thing that came from this was the great Dr we ended up seeing. Erin did so awesome with my 3 year old. All of staff was very sweet to us. We were in and out very quickly and were able to schedule surgery right away.
Love, love, love this sweet lady! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was incredibly nice, my 15 month old daughter adored her. She was happy to meet us and eager to help my baby girl. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. At the end, my daughter wanted to nurse. She offered us an empty office to nurse in. Incredible lady and would definitely recommend!
She is so great with my son with autism she is the best
