She got me from an unusual coast guard physically and was super easy. Much cheaper than insurance
Dr. Medina is a true gem and I’m so happy I found her. I moved to Spokane a year and a half ago and was really frustrated with the healthcare system and how hard it is to get seen when you have an urgent need. Dr Medina is incredibly caring, capable, and thoughtful. I was able to get seen right away and get the referrals I needed and even got a biopsy done by her a week later. Also, the monthly membership is extremely affordable and 100 percent worth the peace of mind of getting excellent and timely care.
Dr. Medina is a rare gem nowadays! It is so hard to find a good primary care doctor. And if you find someone, the next available appointment is likely 3 months from now. They may or may not take your insurance. And regardless, if you're lucky, you'll see them (or their assistant) for 5 minutes. This practice is completely different. She listens, provides a real assessment, and makes you feel like she is your doctor and not some random provider who could care less. 10000 stars.
Dr. Medina was not empathetic or helpful at all. She interrupted and talked over me, ultimately refusing to help me with a routine medical issue that I've dealt with successfully several times in the past. Maybe she was having a hard day or something, but that is no reason to take it out on the patient :(
