Dr. Tien is simply superb. I have been his patient for over 30 years and feel so lucky to have found him. After early experiences with a previous dentist where I constantly ended up with bruised lips and bleeding gums, finding Dr. Tien was a complete relief. He is incredibly gentle, highly meticulous, and always warm and friendly. His entire team is equally amazing and welcoming. I trust him so much that I have followed him across various locations over the decades, and I’m always happy to see him at his own practice.
A good consistent conservative dentist. He needs to watch his laughter when a patient wrongly identifies something on an X-ray. He broke out in uncontrolled laughter which became very uncomfortable for the patient. He then turned around and was accusatory that the patient was personalizing it. It becomes personal when his reaction was so extreme and inappropriate.
