I was so nervous about my strong-willed and sensitive toddler’s first dental visit. But Jelena and Dr. Sabrina immediately made us both feel comfortable! They took their time to connect with my daughter.. from showing the dental tools and explaining the process using stuffies and toys! They allowed my daughter to sit on me while on the chair and overall it was an incredible experience! Lots of fun toys in the waiting room that my kid did not want to leave!! Such a wonderful office and very child-centred.
Stellar experience from start to finish. Jelena the hygienist was such a blast and my daughter was immediately at ease with her. Such playfulness and kindness! Dr Park is also a hoot and my daughter adored him. I was able to ask questions and get clear and helpful answers about my daughter’s dentistry, excellent advice and tips for success. We are so lucky to have Dr. Charis Luk as the dentist for our 6 year old and 2 year old. She is so kind and patient with the kids. She is knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to teach parents and answer questions without judgment. She makes the kids feel comfortable; they are always so happy to go to the dentist! Dr. Sabrina, you did us wrong! paid $180 for nothing when you were supposed to do the operation and found excuses not to do it.
