Great for kids. Dr. Park is extremely professional
I do not recommend this clinic at all. We had an appointment scheduled two months ago, but unfortunately, we weren't seen. No one informed us about rescheduling; they only called to ask if we could come in earlier. I said I would try but wasn't sure. In the end, we arrived at 4:30, as scheduled. They refused to see us, claiming their last appointment was at 4:00; yet when we asked if there was a doctor available to take a look at us, they said they were busy—busy with whom? I get the impression we were simply lied to.
I was recommended this clinic for an assessment of a tongue tie release for my newborn. Our intake form indicated that we continued to have significant issues with breastfeeding as well as reflux and sleeping issues, despite many weeks of working with a lactation consultant and doing bodywork. The dentist we met with told us that a tongue tie release wouldn’t change anything and “breastfeeding is hard” and therefore, they would not do a tongue tie release.
