Stood in line to see Santa - the line moved quite quickly but the pictures did not do do justice to the incredibly beautiful Santa Grotto! The colour of the pictures were not vivid and very disappointed. Customer Service @ Walmart not very nice - only one person for returns & she took ages with one customer - then when she attending to me she got distracted with another employee and had a conversation with her! The food court was elaborately decorated, which illustrated the festive season.

Sears customer serves in kids apartment is awful so bad and rude and there is manger bad not polite please let them out side sears I start hate sears from them
I will never shop here again!!! I just discovered that $175.00 worth of gift cards given to me last Christmas are now worthless. Apparently if you don't spend them promptly they just steal your money!! How can this be legal?????
