I had a frustrating experience with Erin Mills Smiles Dentistry. Before agreeing to anything beyond a basic cleaning, I clearly stated multiple times that I would only proceed if everything was fully covered by my insurance. I have dual coverage and did not want any out of pocket costs. Despite this, their staff assured me everything would be covered. Based on that, I agreed to proceed. Lara is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She is so friendly, gentle, and makes you feel completely at ease. She’s very thorough and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I always leave feeling well taken care of and my teeth feel amazing. Highly recommend her!
