They only seem to care about money. I learned that if you have an emergency after booking an appointment, they still charge a 50-dollar fee. It doesn’t matter if you get sick, have to pick up your kid last minute, or something unexpected happens — if it’s not at least two days in advance, they charge you. I even got a call from someone basically threatening that I needed to respond immediately or I’d be billed this cancellation fee.
