The staff at the pharmacy are always ready to take care of our family's needs. They are patient, friendly and very helpful. We have two elderly members in our family and the service they receive is top notch.
We have been using this Erin mills IDA for at least 25 years. The previous pharmacists were wonderful and the replacements are just as good if not better. They are very knowledgeable and always review anything new with us when we pick them up. They are always friendly and know us by name. My family has been using this pharmacy for over 30 years, and we are relieved that the transition of pharmacists over the years has been smooth sailing. Brij and Ali are very knowledgeable, professional, and personable pharmacists. They never keep you waiting long for your meds and go above and beyond to be helpful and informative. Great customer service and a relief to be in trusted hands overseeing the health of my multigeneration family.

This morning I called the Pharmacist desperate for relief from an UTI infection. I'd been traveling from overseas and it happened so quickly during the 24 hour travel. They had it ready quickly and their compassion actually made me cry little. I was moved by their caring. My parents used to go to IDA for years and I will continue to do the same.
