My family has been seeing Dr. Kwong for years, but after my son's appointment yesterday, I began to reconsider his professionalism. We arrived on time for my son's 5:30 pm appointment, registered with the receptionist, and completed the routine pre-check. The receptionist asked if we would be doing the Optomap (which I declined for this visit), and we waited for 20 minutes. Great experience overall. Dr. Wong was very knowledgeable and thorough with the exam. She helped answer any questions I had, and carefully walked me through the photos and scans that were taken. 5/5!
