Fantastic customer service. Cut as wanted and instructed. The staff who was cutting my hair was friendly, made conversation, and invited my fiancee to sit beside which made things more comfortable. Great convenient location and no wait time! I'd give 10 stars if I could! It was a fantastic experience and it was well worth it! Kudos!
I went in today for a cut correction to something that looked HOPELESS. Literally was a bob in the front and long to the middle of my back in the back. No transition, no nothing. Looked like a 5 year old took shears to my hair. I was booked with Stephanie, she did an amazing job and took her time with me. Everything is as blended as it could ever be. My Fiancé says he likes my hair better this way. Overall, I can't wait to see Stephanie in a few months. I love Erin Milan My new salon!

Today I went to Erin Milan Salon and Spa (recommended by a couple of co-workers) and was amazed. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment (which I might add was made only 1 hour before hand!) and was welcomed by a couple of friendly ladies in the front of the store who told me to have a seat. Lisa was up next shortly after my arrival to greet me and get down to bussiness. She started by washing my hair and giving me a scalp massage. Excellent experience! I went into this salon on a whim and came out feeling glamorous! This salon takes it to the next level! i always dread having my hair down because of the hours it takes to complete, this salon makes that time go by so quickly! While they wait for your color to set in, they give a complimentary hand massage. Then after the cut and color is completed they give you a tour of the building, and re-apply the make up that may have been removed in the process of doing your hair.
