My appointment date was made by my primary care physician after seeing him in Feb of 2023. I was finally called by this office after waiting for their call to confirm an appointment. When they did finally call, at the end of Feb, my appointment was pushed out to the end of May. She is wonderful and so is her staff. Very helpful in difficult situations.She listens and comes up with solutions.
Was given medication, but was never told what for, or what illness I had. Tried calling, and the nurses had no clue either. Logged into my mercy account and no information was given either, other than how to take prescriptions.
