Very dry and the taste isn’t great compared to other GF/DF baked goods I’ve had. The banana bread didn’t taste anything like banana bread.
I was really looking forward to visiting Erin McKenna’s Gluten-Free Bake Shop on a Saturday, only to find it closed despite the hours listed saying they’d be open. It was incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. If you can’t stick to your posted schedule, update it or let customers know. Disappointing and unreliable.
