Incredibly disappointing on so many levels. She makes commitments and promised them doesn't keep them. When you ask what happened she gets angry and defensive. Also she commissioned her highly recommended carpenter for many jobs which were very unsatisfactory and she agreed. Then said even though it's not acceptable work that I still had to pay for his time which we did and he never rectified the work.
