Literally waited over an hour past my appointment time only for the receptionist to come out and say they were leaving, and there were four people still ahead of me. Keep in mind there were also two people after me. I understand things happen and come up, it’s beyond ridiculous they did not reach out to the patients to let them know they were running behind and given the option to reschedule.
