Erin M. Cockrell, DO was very nice, informative and answered all my questions. Also the very next day she called me with my daughters lab results. I loved that.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Cockrell, Candace, Lauren, Lisette and the entire team at the HTC. The compassionate and dedicated care they provide is second to none. They have coordinated care with us every step and stay in constant communication. Everyone at this office is amazing! From the moment you walk in you receive a warm welcome. Each nurse, assistant, social care worker, and Dr. Cockrell all take their time with you and have wonderful bedside manners. Highly recommend!
She took her time and ensured we understood everything we were discussing. She helped put us at ease and I was so comforted knowing we were in her care. My daughter is 7 and felt very comfortable, so much so she’s looking forward to going back! The whole team is wonderful. We also worked with the nurse Amanda, who I just can’t say enough about. She is able to draw blood so quick and makes it as pleasant as possible.
Dr Cockrell and her staff were amazing, from on the phone scheduling, checking in, and the care of Dr Cockrell. Her detail and concern has been outstanding. We appreciate her care. And, would recommend her practice.
