Took my Gladiator Rubicon 2020 for an inspection before buying the vehicle here. Incompetent technician inspected the vehicle and sent it as good-to-go. Not even a week later, camshafts had to be replaced. Front axle tube was cut, front bushing was cracked. Nothing was said or brought to the attention. Utterly incompetent service reps, management, and technicians. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR WITH THEM.

Never buying a car again from these guys. I clearly remember they offered me 5 years oil change at the time picking up the car. But now they're saying offer was never made. So dont trust them, if you're in a deal get a document and deal written. Otherwise they will not honour it. Also there manager informed once you factory ordered a car you cannot re-negotiate it. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Erin Dodge. Over the past two years, I returned to the dealership several times with concerns about my brakes, and I also brought the vehicle in regularly for service. I was eventually advised that the brake pads and rotors had been replaced, and during my most recent visit, I was told this would be the last time they would replace them. Navin in the parts department helped me quickly and efficiently. I got there just in time before closing and he was willing to wait a few extra minutes if I needed . he had all the parts waiting for me helped me to my car with the parts, they were heavy. very pleasant to deal with.
