ETA: I had a completely different experience 4 years later when returning my lease. The entire team was difficult to deal with, I ended up finding another dealership who helped me return my lease with them instead of having to deal with Erin Dodge. I've informed Stellantis and SCI Leasing of their business practices regarding my lease, but I would highly recommend finding another dealership to work with.
