Adding to this review - I was diagnosed with complete previa, had multiple bleeds. Biggest one leaving me to be living in hospital for monitoring as I would bleed again, just a matter of when. Was there 10 days, and realesed a short time in between which I did message Buckley when I was discharged. Not once did she reach out or come see me. Then when I delivered (with Dr Cox - who was amazing), I was here for 4 days. Again nothing from Buckley to see me or reach out. Always late, never available, and frustrating to be a patient. She is wonderful once you can see her but the staff is horrible and does not let you know expectations on how late she will be. Typically an hour or more behind. Not professional as people have lives and jobs and do not have hours to give for a 10 min appointment. Unfortunately feel stuck here being half way through my pregnancy and wanting to deliver at Mercy. Seeing NP for most visits. Very disheartening during my first pregnancy.
Dr Buckley is the best. Wait times can be long but she is worth the wait.
Our first appointment with Dr Buckley after we found out we were expecting we waited 1 hour and 45 mins. When she came in she was reading the chart in front of us and made us feel rushed. After waiting that long she spent approx 5-7 mins with us. The second appointment we waited 2 hours and 30 mins and she was once again unprepared and rushed us.
