First of all, Erin Joyce appears to be pretty shady. I hired Ms. Joyce, then it got delegated to her team and she wasn’t really involved in most of the rest of the work (I don’t remember that being clearly explained to me?) – which was a disaster – from her team. She didn’t appear to make much of an effort to supervise their work, such as, according to billables, never reading the final documents to be submitted to court – which were . . . very bad.
