Erin Jechart is one of the brightest, most experienced family mediators in Orange County. Before we chose her to handle our divorce we met with several other mediators to make sure we had someone who was experienced, compassionate, had reasonable fees and who could get the job done fairly quickly. Beware!!!! If I could give Erin "0" Stars, I would. IMO, Do Not use Erin at all. IMO, Erin is Unethical, Unscrupulous, Lacks Business Sense & is only interested in $$. If you are going to Hire a "Mediator"--Please Make Sure it is a "Lawyer Mediator". Mediators WITHOUT a Law Degree are NOT overseen or governed by any Agencies, therefore, you have NO Recourse which is TERRIBLE! Please know that it is "Illegal" for a Mediator to Give Legal Advise.
