Erin, as my buyer's agent, was an absolute delight to work with. This was my first home purchase in the US and she was super helpful and provided a lot of insight. I have been quite picky and was searching for the right property for a while (i was not in any hurry) and she was very patient. We had a pretty large search area too and she was always willing to drive out further to check new areas with us. Erin was fabulous to work with. She went above and beyond, sending me listings that were spot on and always knowing what was on the market. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and for what price and found it! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the disclosures and I felt like I knew the house inside and out prior to purchasing.
