I had some issues with my shoulders and went for physical therapy. Between them and Erin I was restoring range of motion and strength in both my shoulders. Getting a professional massage after overdoing it a little in a PT session is releasing. Erin knows how to target specific muscle fiber bundles and really gets in there. She's great at communicating during the appointment and lets you guide your own massage within your pain tolerance. Erin has an amazing sense of empathy and energy that is both felt and experienced during her massages. I’ve dealt with really annoying back pain as I work at home in computer science and my back is constantly sore. I regularly see Erin as she’s helped to alleviate tension in my back which has allowed me to work in peace and focus. It’s given me a better sense of focus as I’m no longer uncomfortable as I work. I highly recommend.
Recently moved to Glens Falls and was looking for a massage. Erin’s space was beautiful and had a very nice vibe to it. I got an excellent 60 minute massage and will most certainly be returning. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
