It was difficult to find a new patient appointment for Dr. Dautremont, but it’s hard anywhere. When I saw her I was coming in with several existing conditions kind of in the middle of trying everything figured out and she’s been great! The whole team does the best they can with how messed up the health care world is right now and they are as quick as they can, and open about realistic timing and explaining why everything takes forever when getting referrals approved and in place. My time with Dr. Erin Dautremont was not a good experience to say the least. I would not request this doctor for young women who care about their health, but I would most importantly like to express how much I dont recommend this doctor for anyone w/ mental health disorders. Any verbal agreement w/ Dr. Dautremont will not be met. Expect constant last-minute changes to your appointment, no way to contact your provider & rude interactions throughout your entire experience. If you are a mental health patient seeking compassionate, consistent care, especially one on Medicaid, you deserve better than Dr. Erin Dautremont. I came to her for continuity of a long-standing prescription for a controlled medication I’ve taken responsibly for over a decade. Despite no history of misuse, she abruptly refused to refill it, offer a taper, or provide any referral to a psychiatrist or specialist. Her "plan"?
