Nice staff and vets. Costs are not too high either. The clinic was very warm inside and a little uncomfortable. Needs AC. My puppy had an ear infection so I got the drops. The vet was trying to put him on steroids as well, which I did not proceed with. He definitely did not need steroids. The ear cleared up in a few days just on drops. Recommending steroids on a young puppy that has a mild ear infection is not the best look.

The staff and doctor at Erin Centre Animal Hospital were knowledgeable, and I appreciate the care provided overall. However, I didn’t feel the approach was very fear-free or compassionate toward my dog, Tia. She seemed quite stressed during the visit, and the handling felt more abrupt than patient and reassuring. As a pet owner, gentle handling and making anxious pets feel safe is very important to me, so this part of the experience was disappointing. I took my 2 chihuahuas today; the doctor and staff were both so professional, kind and caring towards my babies. The doctor patiently explained everything and walked us through all the steps before proceeding. Have been going back to this clinic for the past 3 years and will definitely be keep going back. Highly recommend if you have a fur baby.
