Great great place for your pets. Professional doctors. Must visit for good care
Nice staff and vets. Costs are not too high either. The clinic was very warm inside and a little uncomfortable. Needs AC. My puppy had an ear infection so I got the drops. The vet was trying to put him on steroids as well, which I did not proceed with. He definitely did not need steroids. The ear cleared up in a few days just on drops. Recommending steroids on a young puppy that has a mild ear infection is not the best look.
The staff and doctor at Erin Centre Animal Hospital were knowledgeable, and I appreciate the care provided overall. However, I didn’t feel the approach was very fear-free or compassionate toward my dog, Tia. She seemed quite stressed during the visit, and the handling felt more abrupt than patient and reassuring. As a pet owner, gentle handling and making anxious pets feel safe is very important to me, so this part of the experience was disappointing.
