I have been going to this place for most of my life. I won't lie, there have been times when I've been met with a snippy person upfront. However, let's be reasonable.... They are human too and are entitled to bad days just like any other person. I just do my best to be nice to that person anyways. Dr. Broome was great with me when I was a kid (6th grade I started wearing glasses), they are great with me as an adult. For eye checks, my kids will come here, too. Review edit. I am not impressed with the schedule. The doctors are nice and seem knowledgeable but waiting 3 or more weeks for 1 pair of glasses is ridiculous. 1 pair came in after 10 days and we are still waiting on the other and it's been 20 days so far. Will not go back.
