She does take her time with you and remembers you well. My main complaint is she only practices old school medicine and needs to be open to new ideas.
Dr. Bates is a wonderful doctor. Easily the best doctor that I have ever met with. She really takes the time to not only get to know your health, but also you. Appointments never feel rushed, and she takes time to explain any issues you might have. She helped me start treating a condition immediately, after i had spent years going to different people for answers. She really listens to you. I highly recommend Dr. Bates if you’re looking for a truly good doctor!
The staff has a lot of say especially the office manager Torrie I don't think they look over your chart fully to see results from other Doctors to know your condition
